Our setup plans are $250 for Basic (up to 20 products), $350 for Standard (up to 50 products) and $599 for Premium (up to 100 products, Shopify integration, category approval help and affiliate setup). If your application was rejected and you only need it fixed, our Shop Rescue is $399, or you can get a $99 Rejection Review with a written fix plan. Add-ons: extra restricted category approval is $129 per category, and 10 extra product listings are $40. TikTok also charges its own fees on each sale, which are separate from our service fee.

Most setups are completed in 3 to 7 business days once we have your details, depending on your plan and the number of products. TikTok’s own reviews for applications and category approvals can add a few extra days.

Individual sellers usually need a government-issued photo ID, an SSN, a US phone number, a US bank account and a shipping and return address. Business sellers usually need an EIN and registration documents, ID for the business representative, a US bank account and a US warehouse address. We confirm exactly what you need before we start.

Yes. Our Shop Rescue ($399) is built for this, and we do the fixing for you. If you only want advice, our $99 Rejection Review gives you a written fix plan, and the $99 is credited if you upgrade. We review your rejected application, find the likely cause, such as mismatched details, documents or eligibility, and help you correct it and reapply or appeal. TikTok makes the final decision, so no one can guarantee approval, but we make sure everything you submit is correct and complete.

We send you a secure PayPal invoice for your project. You can pay with your PayPal balance or any major credit or debit card, and no PayPal account is required. For most projects, we take 50% upfront to start and the remaining 50% before your shop goes live.
